Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption and risk mitigation
- Stay ahead of evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Create transparency documentation for high-stakes AI systems
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations in AI lifecycle
- Represent the company in industry ethics consortiums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience with AI model documentation and explainability tools
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
