Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for quantum-enhanced systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across AI models and datasets
- Develop compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for high-stakes AI deployments
- Establish stakeholder engagement strategies with policymakers and industry consortiums
- Create transparency mechanisms for AI decision-making processes
- Monitor emerging ethical risks in quantum-AI convergence
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML systems and quantum computing basics
- Experience developing enterprise-wide AI ethics policies
- Published research in AI ethics or philosophy of technology
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
