Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI initiatives
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for ethical auditing
- Demonstrated experience publishing peer-reviewed research on AI ethics
