Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with IEEE 7001 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and develop mitigation strategies for high-stakes AI systems
- Lead cross-functional working groups to establish ethical AI governance policies
- Develop explainability protocols for complex neural networks and generative AI models
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and advise on compliance for 2026 deployments
- Create ethical impact assessments for AI systems in healthcare, finance, and autonomous sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in bias detection tools (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with explainable AI (XAI) frameworks like SHAP or LIME
- Published research in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
