Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for enterprise systems
- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments on AI models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical principles into ML pipelines
- Advise executive leadership on emerging AI regulatory compliance requirements
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Research and publish industry best practices for AI transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of AI/ML model architectures and development lifecycle
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
