Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments across AI systems

- Create transparency documentation for AI model lifecycle management
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update compliance frameworks accordingly
- Collaborate with data scientists to embed ethical considerations in model development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible tech
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and IEEE standards
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google's What-If Tool)
- Experience developing corporate AI ethics policies and audit procedures
- Strong background in machine learning model interpretability techniques
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Stanford HAI)
