Responsibilities

- Develop compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations in 2026+
- Lead cross-functional workshops with quantum computing and neuro-engineering teams
- Author white papers on AI ethics for industry conferences and policy bodies
- Monitor global regulatory trends and advise on strategic compliance adaptations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Technology Policy, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in quantum computing ethical frameworks and neuro-ethics
- Experience with regulatory bodies (e.g., IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Published research in AI ethics or technology governance
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
