Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement ethical guardrails in AI development pipelines
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers, industry partners, and community groups
- Produce thought leadership on responsible AI adoption for 2026 technological landscape
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech policy
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning systems
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional written communication skills for policy documents and stakeholder reports
- Experience with cross-functional tech-ethics collaboration in fast-paced environments
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google) preferred
