Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems across healthcare, finance, and autonomous sectors
- Lead cross-functional committees to establish transparent AI governance protocols
- Create audit trails for algorithmic decision-making ensuring accountability and fairness
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in industry forums and policy discussions
- Mentor teams on responsible AI development practices and bias mitigation
- Monitor global AI regulations and anticipate future compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, risk management, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven expertise in bias detection/quantification across ML models
- Experience designing ethical AI frameworks for high-stakes industries
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
