Responsibilities

- Develop training programs for cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on regulatory adherence (EU AI Act, US frameworks)
- Lead stakeholder engagement to build consensus on ethical AI standards
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update governance protocols proactively
- Document ethical guidelines and create transparent AI decision-making documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in tech or financial services
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or certifications in AI ethics (e.g., Stanford HAI, DeepMind)
