Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise clients
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for evolving AI legislation
- Create stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI deployment
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and training initiatives
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Contribute to industry standards through white papers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Strong analytical skills for ethical risk assessment and scenario planning
- Experience developing corporate AI ethics policies and audit protocols
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
