- Oversee third-party ethics audits and compliance certifications
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading AI ethics initiatives in regulated industries
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tool development
