Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics oversight
- Deep expertise in ML fairness, transparency, and accountability frameworks
- Experience with NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act compliance
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical/non-technical domains
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or ethical AI
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tool development
