Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Published research on AI ethics or demonstrated policy impact
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
