- Establish transparency protocols for autonomous decision systems
- Drive organizational training on responsible AI practices
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Published work on AI ethics or policy (e.g., ACM/IEEE journals)
- Experience with NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and state-level regulations
