Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to establish governance protocols
- Advocate for transparency and explainability in high-stakes AI deployments
- Partner with policymakers to shape emerging AI legislation and standards
- Train technical teams on ethical AI development practices and responsible innovation
- Monitor global AI ethics trends and report on emerging threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Proven track record influencing AI policy at multinational corporations
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, and global regulations
- Experience with adversarial testing and red-teaming AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
