- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI methodologies
- Partner with legal teams on regulatory compliance strategies
- Present findings at international AI ethics summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years researching AI ethics or responsible AI
- Published work in IEEE ACM journals or equivalent
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals
- Exceptional written communication skills
