Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead bias audits of machine learning models using advanced statistical methods
- Develop transparency protocols for autonomous decision systems
- Collaborate with policymakers on AI ethics legislation
- Mentor 5+ researchers through quarterly innovation sprints
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier AI ethics journals
- Present findings at industry conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years researching AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Published work in Nature AI, ACM FAccT, or equivalent
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and causal inference tools
- Experience with GDPR/CCPA compliance frameworks
- Track record influencing corporate AI policy
- Strong background in philosophy of technology
