Responsibilities
- Design ethical frameworks for AGI systems and autonomous decision-making networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing algorithmic bias across high-stakes domains (healthcare, justice, finance)
- Develop real-time ethics monitoring dashboards for deployed AI systems
- Author policy white papers for the Global AI Governance Council
- Create adversarial testing protocols for AI value alignment
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Cognitive Neuroscience with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PNAS) on algorithmic fairness
- Expertise in EU AI Act compliance frameworks and NIST RMF standards
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and causal inference modeling
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy
- Track record of implementing ethical AI in production environments
- Certification in AI Governance (CAIG) or equivalent
