Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 technology roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing bias mitigation protocols for generative AI systems
- Conduct longitudinal impact assessments of AI deployments on vulnerable populations
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape future AI regulation standards
- Develop transparency mechanisms for autonomous decision-making systems
- Create AI ethics training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics governance or responsible AI development
- Published research in top-tier ethics/ML journals (NeurIPS, Ethics & Information Technology)
- Expertise in cross-cultural ethical frameworks and global AI policy landscapes
- Proficiency in Python and ML model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI ethics
- Track record of translating ethical principles into technical specifications
