Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with demonstrated focus on ethical implications
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Strong programming skills (Python, R) for implementing ethical metrics
- Experience with large language model behavior analysis
- Published work in AI ethics, algorithmic bias, or responsible AI
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (engineers, policymakers, social scientists)
