Responsibilities

- Coordinate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Present research findings at global AI ethics symposiums and industry conferences
- Maintain compliance with evolving international AI regulatory standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years researching AI ethics, algorithmic bias, or responsible AI deployment
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, ACM FAccT, etc.)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python/R for ethical algorithm auditing and simulation
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders (technical, legal, policy)
- Deep understanding of existential risk mitigation in advanced AI systems
