- Lead stakeholder workshops to define ethical priorities for AI products
- Create transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Monitor emerging ethical risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails in AI systems
- Author ethics guidelines for internal AI development standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI roles
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, AI-specific regulations)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Published work in AI ethics or related fields
