Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
- Experience with AI model auditing tools and frameworks
