Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technology standards and regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and implement bias-mitigation strategies for ML pipelines
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to evaluate AI product compliance with global standards
- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI systems serving regulated industries
- Author whitepapers and policy recommendations for governmental AI ethics initiatives
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices and ethical deployment
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in algorithmic fairness, privacy-preserving ML, and bias mitigation techniques
- Proven track record developing enterprise AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of generative AI, facial recognition, and autonomous systems
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
