Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in AI governance or responsible AI roles
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., from IEEE or Partnership on AI)
- Experience presenting complex ethical concepts to C-suite executives
- Track record of influencing organizational AI policy development
