Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models to identify bias, fairness, and transparency gaps
- Develop industry-first ethical guidelines for generative AI and large language models
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through executive briefings and stakeholder workshops
- Establish quantitative metrics for ethical AI performance tracking and continuous improvement
- Represent NeuraTech at global AI ethics summits and regulatory consultations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with specialization in AI ethics
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, risk management, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing organizational ethics policies and compliance protocols
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing and bias mitigation techniques
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, Google Responsible AI) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics concepts to diverse audiences
