Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for 2026 product launches
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to develop ethical protocols for next-gen algorithms
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Author industry white papers on AI ethics and regulatory compliance
- Advocate for inclusive design in neural network development processes
- Monitor global AI policy developments and advise internal strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, machine learning governance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging US regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML pipelines
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical constraints
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics (preferred)
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics or neuro-symbolic AI (bonus)
