Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical by design principles
- Author regulatory compliance documentation for emerging AI standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and adapt strategies proactively
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks or policy documents
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Published research on human-AI interaction ethics
- Experience with stakeholder communication across technical/non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis and ethical impact assessment
