Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection tools and fairness metrics (e.g., IBM AIF360)
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with AI focus
- Proven experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI ethics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Publication record in top-tier AI ethics journals
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies on AI policy
