Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Lead cross-functional task forces on bias mitigation in generative AI systems
- Conduct forward-looking impact assessments for autonomous deployment strategies
- Partner with policy teams to shape federal AI legislation recommendations
- Design transparent algorithmic audit protocols for high-stakes decision systems
- Author thought leadership on AI-human symbiosis for industry publications
- Mentor junior ethicists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years applied AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act compliance
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI (XAI)
- Experience testifying before congressional subcommittees on tech ethics
- Proficiency in Python for ethics simulation modeling
- Track record of implementing ethics-by-design principles in production systems
- Certification in Responsible AI from MIT or Stanford (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ deployed ethical AI frameworks
