Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps

- Advocate for ethical standards in industry-wide AI development initiatives
- Partner with policy teams to shape future AI regulations and compliance standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Published research on AI ethics or technology's societal impact
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating applied AI ethics projects
