Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, prioritizing high-impact AI and automation initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Neuro-interfaces) and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to align technology investments with long-term business goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with future tech adoption and regulatory changes.
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Deep technical fluency in Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and emerging AI architectures.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic directives.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
