Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Architect ethical AI frameworks ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-7 year commercialization potential
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints integrating generative AI, predictive analytics, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and global tech consortia
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and adapt strategies for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in AI/ML leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Studies
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex technology ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with global tech policy development (e.g., OECD AI Principles)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
