As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll lead cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough AI frameworks while ensuring ethical deployment and societal impact. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, industry disruptors, and government bodies to define the next decade of AI evolution.
Responsibilities
- Architect AI innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 with focus on quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead research initiatives in neural-symbolic AI and AGI alignment
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape AI regulation and standards
- Mentor next-generation AI researchers through our Quantum Academy
- Present visionary insights at global tech summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Drive commercialization of patented AI technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics (or equivalent expertise)
- 10+ years leading AI research at top-tier tech/labs (OpenAI, DeepMind, FAANG)
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy
- Track record of scaling AI systems to 100M+ user deployments
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Strategic advisory experience with Fortune 500 AI initiatives
