Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging AI trends (2025-2030) to develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications for healthcare, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Author white papers on AI's societal impact and regulatory implications
- Mentor junior researchers in foresight methodologies and speculative design
- Partner with government agencies on AI policy development for 2030 readiness
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in AI/ML research with published work in top-tier journals
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, governance frameworks, and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ implemented AI innovation projects
