Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 8+ years in AI R&D with 3+ years in strategic planning
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to production
