- Mentor a team of 5+ futurist researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Future Studies
- 8+ years in AI R&D or strategic innovation leadership at top tech firms
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in neural architecture evolution and generative AI ethics
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Portfolio of 3+ successful tech-to-market transitions
