Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy, identifying emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling AI solutions for autonomous systems, predictive analytics, and human-AI collaboration
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to position QuantumLeap at the vanguard of technological evolution
- Partner with product teams to translate AI capabilities into market-leading products and services
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for next-generation AI deployments
- Represent the company at industry forums, shaping discourse around responsible AI development
- Mentor talent in emerging AI disciplines while fostering a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years in AI research or applied innovation
- Proven track record developing AI roadmaps for 3+ years into the future
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, and neural network architectures
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams through complex innovation cycles
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, regulatory landscapes, and responsible AI frameworks
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or patents in AI/ML with demonstrated industry impact
