Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ AI innovation strategy aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems for healthcare, climate, and accessibility
- Establish corporate AI ethics frameworks and conduct bias audits across all product pipelines
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ in R&D funding for future-focused initiatives
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and other global forums shaping tech policy discourse
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists, data scientists, and ethical design specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling AI ethics programs at Fortune 500 companies
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on AI governance or technology forecasting
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ AI systems deployed with measurable societal impact
- Security clearance eligibility for government-contracted projects
