Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in AI research with 3+ years in strategic leadership
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI or equivalent tier conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of shipping AI products at scale
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with federal AI policy frameworks (NIST AI RMF)
