Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics with 8+ years applied AI experience
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and AGI safety frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents with remote-first methodologies
