Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI-human symbiosis across healthcare, logistics, and governance sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping quantum-ML models for predictive climate modeling
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision systems requiring zero-human oversight
- Produce quarterly whitepapers on emergent technologies (neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Adv Fortune 500 clients on AI adoption strategies aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Coordinate with UN Tech Council on global AI governance protocols
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Computational Philosophy, or Cognitive Science (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI-human interaction or quantum computing
- 10+ years experience in strategic tech consulting with Big Tech/AI startups
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, PennyLane, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of 2026 regulatory trends (EU AI Act, US Federal AI Bill)
- Proven track record developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling techniques
- Exceptional public speaking skills (minimum 5 TEDx/keynotes)
