Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-level AI systems with 10M+ user impact
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) on quantum computing or neural networks
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) implementation
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants for experimental AI research
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and neuromorphic computing
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough technologies in development since 2020
