Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with published papers on transformative technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neural-symbolic integration
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
