Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI research with 3+ publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of scaling AI teams from 5 to 50+ researchers
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with multimodal AI systems (vision, language, robotics)
