Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy to ensure our platforms are ready for the transformative changes expected by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data with sub-millisecond latency.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents into core business workflows.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Architect robust security protocols and ensure full compliance with emerging global data privacy standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, MLOps, and neural network architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate technical debt to build scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
