Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable ML pipelines for 2026 strategic initiatives and enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI models and LLMs.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of talented engineers in a high-growth environment.
- Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency using modern MLOps practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and tools to ensure our technology stack remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, AI Architecture, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
