Responsibilities
- <ul><li><strong>Architect Future-Proof AI Systems:</strong> Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines that support our 2026 strategic roadmap, focusing on efficiency and scalability.</li><li><strong>Research and Development:</strong> Conduct in-depth research into novel neural network architectures and optimization techniques to improve model performance and reduce inference costs.</li><li><strong>Model Training and Fine-Tuning:</strong> Lead the training of large-scale language models and fine-tune them for specific industry verticals, ensuring high accuracy and safety compliance.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex research concepts into deployable, production-ready features.</li><li><strong>Mentorship and Leadership:</strong> Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the AI team.</li><li><strong>Performance Optimization:</strong> Continuously monitor model performance metrics and implement A/B testing strategies to iterate and improve user engagement and system reliability.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree with exceptional experience will be considered.</li><li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing (NLP).</li><li><strong>Programming Skills:</strong> Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with a deep understanding of distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Dask).</li><li><strong>Architecture Experience:</strong> Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade ML systems with high availability and fault tolerance.</li><li><strong>Mathematical Foundation:</strong> Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics as applied to machine learning algorithms.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>
