Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge ML algorithms for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI and neural network optimization

- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical documentation

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Published research in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in reinforcement learning and transformer architectures
- Strong background in statistical modeling and Bayesian inference
- Experience with MLOps and cloud-based AI deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of translating research into production systems
